A List of Possible Blues and Jazz Artist in the Public Domain

So here is a preliminary list of artist that may well be out of copyright in the EU. Each of these artists died before 1946. That is 70 years ago or more. And when you scan the list you can see many of the true early blues greats.

If anyone know a reason why these artists would still be copyrighted I would be very interested to hear your feedback :)
